1. The scene that made me feel uncomfortable is when Jean cabot wants the locks changed again because of how Daniel looks like. Because my Family is hispanic and they used to dress the way Daniel dressed, and you would hear lots of harsh comments towards them. And to me that part was very uncomfortable to watch.
2. Daniel, his lifestyle and looks are the most familiar with me. Because of the way he dresses, that style is most likely gang like. So many people would judge of that, like he steals, he lies, and he is a crook. The same with me, I'm a skateboarder, when people look at me the say I'm a thief, I do lots of vandalism. But like Daniel I'm really a nice guy and doing my best in life.
3a. This film did a very good job with the topic of race. It showed how many others say or think of people that are not the same race as them. And these type of situation happen almost everywhere and all the time.
b. Yes, because everyone in the movie had many different opinions on others. And The was usually stay with the same race group.
c. There is a big population of people in Los Angeles, and there is a lot of different ethnic groups there. But there is also a big crime rate there also, and a many bad cops in Los Angeles. So there is a big difference in lifestyle over there, that place isn’t the richest, cleanest, and cool hangout place.
